 A Brief Description of the Classroom-style Iridology Courses Offered

 

                                                           Basic Iridology Module 1


       The entry level requirements for the Basic Iridology Modules are that prospective students must have
    a sound background of anatomy, physiology and pathology.

     
  Our Basic Iridology Module 1 is an introduction to Iridology that will enable students and
    practitioners to treat patients on an individual bases by identifying inherited strengths and weakness
    as well as genetic susceptibilities.

                               

        Module 1 deals with and covers the following:

    History of Iridology
    A time table in Iridology
    What is Iridology
    What Iridology can and cannot indicate
    Corner stones in the foundation of Iridology
    Health Principles
    Anatomy of the Iris
    Variations in iris colour
    Constitution
    The Genotype
    The Phenotyp
    Disposition
    Diathesis
    Basic Constitutions
    Constitutional types and system weaknesses
    Divisions of the iris circular zones
    Lymphatic Constitution
    Haematogenic Constitution
    Mixed Constitution
    Neurogenic Disposition
    Connective Tissue Weakness
    Vegetative Spastic Disposition
    Glandular Weakness
    Tubercular Type
    Exudative Diathesis
    Hyper - Acidic Diathesis
    Dyscratic Diathesis
    Lipaemic Diathesis
    Allergic Diathesis
    An extensive number of diagrams and drawings that are 
    also covered

      Basic Iridology Modules 1 and 2 are presented together during a 3-day course which is normally run
    on three consecutive weekdays, however changes to this are made as and when needed.
   
 

                                                                  Basic Iridology Module 2

      
 After completion of Modules 1 and 2 the student will already be able to use Iridology as a diagnostic
     tool in their health practice.

        Module 2 deals with and covers the following:

     Symbolic language of the iris
     Colour
     Structure
     Structural Organ Signs
     Lacuna
     Crypts
     Defect Signs
     Honeycombs
     Transversals
     Radial furrows
     Contraction Furrows
     Radii Solaris
    Pigmentation
    Sectoral Heterochromia
    Central Heterochromia
    Colour change in the pupillary zone
    Brushfield's Spots
    The autonomic nerve wreath
    Pupil Size in relation to the Collarette
    Topography of body systems and Iris Signs
    Vocabulary of iris chart
    Dealing with a patient
    This module includes many more diagrams, drawings
    and sketches.

              

        Basic Iridology Modules 1 and 2 are presented together during a 3-day course which is normally run

                                                       Intermediate Iridology Levels 1 to 5

      
 The Intermediate Levels cover various body systems as well as pupil deformities
  and links between the different body organ systems

      

    The full syllabus for the Iridology Intermediate Levels is only supplied upon request once students
    have completed the SA Iridology Institute Iridology Basic Modules 1 and 2.
 

                                                                Advanced Iridology Levels

       
During the Advanced Levels of training students get an opportunity to not only
  study the latest Iridology research, but also to attend seminars and personally
  meet some of the leading International Iridologists of the World.
